AND WE'VE GOT THE ANSWER: RUNSTART BEGINNER PROGRAM.

We've put together a training plan for beginners who want to know how to get started and train properly.

Under the guidance of four USA Track & Field (USATF) Association Coaches you will be taken through a progressive 1/2 week program culminating with participation in the Farmingdale Main Street Mile.

The Program starts Wednesday 6/15/11 @6:30PM at the Mitchel Field Athletic Complex. Located on Charles Lindbergh Blvd, just west of the Nassau Coliseum it will run every Wednesday evening throughout the summer, concluding 8/31/11.
