Join us for a quick morning run of any distance. Hang around after for a quick bagel and coffee before getting your last minute errands started.
Numbers and Shirts may be picked up at The Runners Edge, 242 Main Street, Farmingdale on Friday, December 15th from noon to 5:00PM, or at JFK Middle School in Bethpage from 7:30 AM to 9:15 AM on the morning of the run. NO NUMBER PICK-UP AFTER 9:15 AM!
Kids 1/10 mile run starts at 9:15am (fee is 2 cans of food)
5K starts at 10:00 am
Challenger division run starts at 8:30am
1.4 mile Fun run starts at 9:15am
5 mile starts at 10:00am
3 mile run/walk starts at 8:45am
FREE 50 yard kids fun run starts at 10:30am
The awards are as follows:
Top Male and Female 18 and Over
Top Male and Female 17 and Under
Top Team (Combined times of 4 fastest runners)
No fee, no frills, just your choice of running local paths or trails
followed by a good old fashioned GLIRC post-run brunch.
