Bermuda Marathon Weekend KPMG Front Street Mile

The only street races held at night in Bermuda; this series will surely set the energy for the rest of the weekend. Will you Survive the Bermuda Triangle Challenge, “3 races in 3 days”? Now in its 8th year, the Bermuda Triangle Challenge is your opportunity to earn “Big Time” bragging rights by running “3 races in 3 days”. Participants will complete the KPMG Front Street Mile, Bermuda 10K and either the Bermuda Half Marathon or Bermuda Marathon. Finishers will receive a medal for each of the 3 races and a special Bermuda Triangle Challenge medal to commemorate their achievement.

1st Annual Road Race - North Patchogue Fire Department

Starts and ends at the North Patchogue Fire House.

Kids 1 Mile Run - 9:00 AM. For kids 12 years old and under. Participants may run in this race OR the 5K, but not both! *All participants must finish the 1 mile course within 15 minutes.

Course: Course is 3.1 miles, fast and flat. USATF certified.

*All participants must finish the course within 45 minutes. NO WALKERS ALLOWED ON 5K COURSE.

Cash awards to first three finishers ($200, $100, $50). Medals to the first three finishers in each category. Male and Female: 13-19, 20-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Sayville Running Company, Hoka One One, and Kyle Merber have teamed up to create this unique community event. World class runners will toe the line with hopes of breaking four minutes for the men, and 4:30 for the women.

Community Races start at 7pm, followed by local open and masters championship races, and a sub-elite professional 4 minute mile attempt

Sayville Running Company Elite Men’s 1 Mile Run & Smithtown Running Company Elite Women’s 1 Mile Run will begin at approximately 8:30pm

As laid out by the late great Jack Dowling! START is on Pettit Ave. 100 meters west of the Bellmore Firehouse, opposite the LIRR. Park in the railroad lot! FINISH on Grand Ave. Please; do not park on the race course!


AWARDS: Top three overall male and female runners in the Youth and 4-Mile races. Ribbons to all other finishers in
1-MileYouth Run.
5-Year Age Groups!


Top three male and female runners in the following age divisions of the 4-Mile Run: 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89 & 90 plus. Top three wheelchairs. Top three open male & female
and first three male & female masters runners in the Law Enforcement division. No duplication of awards!


TEAM COMPETITION: First three male & female open teams, and first three male & female master’s teams. Three runners scored by combined time. Please fill out a team registration card before the race.

Kids 1 mile race for 10 and under starts at 9:00 am on a course through the Brookhaven Elementary campus.

5K race starts at 9:30 am on a flat USATF certified course through the beautiful Brookhaven Hamlet, starting at Brookhaven Elementary School.

Raffles and post race snacks 

Awards and prizes to the top overall male and female, and medals to the first three finishers in 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19 and then 5 year age groups to 75+. 

All proceeds benefit  HELP Suffolk, a temporary housing facility serving our community.
